Yes. We can share suitable customer case references, product style examples, and design directions when they are relevant to your project. Some client projects may be protected by confidentiality, so shared examples will depend on permission and project type.

We welcome brand owners, sports clubs, academies, distributors, retailers, tournament organizers, corporate gift buyers, and emerging creators. If your project supports the growth of racket sports, we are open to exploring the right cooperation model with you.

Our standard MOQ starts from 50 pcs for tennis series, 100 pcs for pickleball paddles, and 200 pcs for padel or beach tennis products. Final MOQ may vary depending on materials, mold status, surface process, packaging, and special customization requirements.

We prepare a precise custom quotation after understanding your company background, target market, product category, specifications, quantity, artwork needs, packaging requirements, shipping destination, and any certification request.

The final quotation file will clearly present the product configuration, unit price, sample cost when applicable, production terms, payment method, lead time, and any optional add-ons.

We support secure payment options including PayPal, T/T bank transfer, and credit card. For sample orders or selected online orders, a Shopify payment link may also be provided when available.

Payment terms for bulk orders are confirmed in the quotation or pro forma invoice before production starts.

Yes. We can support USAPA certification for eligible pickleball paddle projects. The certification plan, related cost, preparation details, and final responsibility scope will be confirmed in the quotation or project agreement.

Sample production usually takes 1-2 weeks after artwork and specifications are confirmed. Bulk production usually takes 2-4 weeks, depending on product category, material availability, order quantity, surface process, packaging, and inspection requirements.
